Introduction

Built a fully dynamic 4-year sales analysis dashboard in Excel to track performance across products, regions, and customer segments.

The process included data cleaning, dynamic chart creation with logical filters, and formula-driven interactivity so that one click updates the entire dashboard. Key business insights extracted: $87M+ total profit (2016–2019), Paseo as the top-performing product every year, Mexico as the leading revenue market, and a finding that heavy government discounts drove volume but hurt margins in 2018.
